Everyone dreams of getting a promotion or increasing their income. However, most people only take a passive approach of just working hard, staying loyal, doing only as they are told and hoping that one day, their salaries will automatically increase. When the disappointment creeps in, they lose hold of their dreams and end up dejected – without having learnt the tools to manage their disappointment and bounce back to success. You know that it has NOTHING to do with age, qualifications, experience or seniority (not any more!). In the new economy, you must PROACTIVELY take action to decide how much income you want and develop a STRATEGY to create it. Your ability to achieve ANYTHING in life depends on your ability to influence people to your way of thinking! You have to know how to think smart when you want to create wealth. There are plenty of books out there that will teach you this but one thing I want to point out is the knowledge of knowing how to invest on yourself to become wealthier. This is the only way how your wealth can sustain and grow.

What is the difference between plagiarism and inspiration?
I write lyrics and sometimes I worry if my lyrics are plagiarism lyrics. I don't " steal" things, I just use them as inspiration. Nightwish is a huge influence. The composer, Tuomas Holopainen, he helped me figure out my own writing style. His songs inspire me too much. For example, I have a lyric called Love So Deep and Nightwish has a song called Ever Dream. The stories behind both lyrics are similar, since we have similar experiences. Both lyrics go something like this Ever Dream Ever felt away without me? My love, it lies so deep. Ever dream of me?Love So Deep Would you do it for me? Be deep in your ocean path. Do you see my love's so deep?Of course you'd might say Love So Deep is a rip of " My love, it lies so deep" . Anyone can come up with something like that P And to be honest, Tuomas did " borrow" things. He " borrowed" some titles, like The Poet And The Pendulum from Poe's The Pit And The Pendulum . I even wrote a lyric similar to The Poet And The Pendulum. Again, similar experiences. TPATP is a 14 minute long song, and my lyric is also pretty long. TPATP ends with " In the end we will always love you" . My lyric has a similar line that goes " Before we end we will always love you" , though it doesn't end just yet. Is it even plagiarism to take one line and rearrange it? But anyway, is all this plagiarism or just inspiration? I get so worried sometimes and worry if I'll ever have to change my lyrics completely if I ever become famous.
